About the Project
This model took over four years to develop while balancing work and family. What started as a 3D simulation project grew into a theoretical framework: six Fibonacci Laws that connect every planet’s orbital tilt and eccentricity — and Earth’s precession periods — to a single timescale, the 335,317-year Earth Fundamental Cycle.
The result is an Interactive 3D Simulation, a preprint , investigation scripts, and comprehensive documentation. Everything is fully aligned with scientific data on Earth’s precession, eccentricity, axial tilt, inclination, day/year lengths, and the broader architecture of the solar system.
The model looks simple — but only became simple after many attempts.

Licensing
Software
The model, the simulation and all supporting code are released under AGPL-3.0 — free to use, study, modify and redistribute, on the condition that derivative versions stay open and attributed, including when run as a network service.
Separate commercial terms can be arranged for the model: the ESSRT formulas, the Earth Fundamental Cycle lattice, the deep-time engine, the fitted coefficients, and services built over them. All of that is original work.
They cannot cover two parts that are not ours to relicense — the 3D simulator’s scene-graph construction, which uses an idiom inherited from The TYCHOSIUM under the GPL, and the ELP lunar evaluators, which derive from ytliu0/ElpMpp02 under GPL-3.0. Those remain AGPL-3.0 for everyone.
The distinction is between the model and one particular way of rendering it. The precession hierarchy the model computes is original; what was inherited is the plumbing that instantiates it in Three.js. Full reasoning is in NOTICE .
